When they can make jabs, they make as many as possible and many without much logic and then refer to us as illogical or that we live in the past. It's almost sad. It's very sad! It's going to be even sadder when we start thumping their little soft skulls on the regular Quote Link to comment

Only stoopid Husker fans live in the past! Quote Link to comment
Scarlet Overkill
How many people attended games for Ferentz' first 1-11 season. Or second 3-9 season. Asking for a friend. Frost is officially just as good as their coach was his first year, with only 7 games played so far. Please, someone remind them of that. Oh, and they lost to NU out of the gate that year to boot.. hahahahah. Ha. Ha. Quote Link to comment

Landlord
The schaudenfreude watching Iowa fans be typical defeated, pessimistic, laughingstock fake ID of college football fans after an incredibly disappointing season is quite pleasing. The one thing I actually appreciate about them is they typically know their place. They know they suck and they know they're fine with sucking forever. And they hate it. To be an Iowa fan is to be miserable. Quote Link to comment

Moiraine
Last I checked it’s supposed to rain most of the day in Iowa City on Friday. Quote Link to comment
spurs1990
Will I get banned if I'm not feeling overly optimistic about this week? I'm optimistic about where we are headed, but this game still feels like a tall task. Very similar defense, not perfect weather, and a mildly competent offense as opposed to MSU's mess.. Red Five
Let's not pretend that Iowa's offense has turned a corner or anything against Illinois. Yes, they scored 63, but with only 400 yards of total offense (203 rush, 197 pass). Iowa had 6.7 yards/play on the day, and on the season Illinois gives up 7.1 yards/play. (We averaged 10.5 yards/play against Illinois). But Iowa's D is stout and very similar to MSU. They only allow 4.3 yards/play (MSU is at 4.5 yards/play). 1 Quote Link to comment
