NU fan in Denver
For some reason I think we will lose this guy. Which is too bad because the 3 te's that play will be gone in 2 years. But we do have a couple of young te's, just need to get them some experience. Quote Link to comment

He was quoted on Big Red Wrapup saying,"He wont be changing his commit - at this time" He was interviewed and I know anyone can watch this online. I was finally able to watch the DVR taping of the show and I feel a little better about Harris hearing his interview. His brother had convinced him taking more visits more visits would be a good experience. He also said he's been a Nebraska fan for years. The film they showed of him looked pretty good. The fact he's going to be in the US Army All American game might give him the opportunity to line up in the same offense as Niles Paul. If they are on the same team obviously. Quote Link to comment
hootin' annie's goatfarm
hello, it will really help NU chances w/ harris if they can get lewis to visit - or they could seal the deal w/ harris if he could get lewis to verbal - imo of course: http://nebraska.rivals.com/content.asp?CID=590972 Quote Link to comment
Eric the Red
Sorry just don't trust him. Favorites: Nebraska (soft verbal) and Missouri Rankings/Stars: Rivals: #34/ Bid Red Report:NR/ Odds of becoming a Cornhusker: 65% (down from 80%) Quote Link to comment
vadernation
He needs to go bye-bye... I don't trust him either and we don't need a 3-star TE. I think we have plenty of other targets to fill our class with. Quote Link to comment
husker rob
if he is not sold on the Husker Tradition, maybe he does need to go but i always hate to see someone commit then change their minds at a later date. Quote Link to comment
Blackshirtsguru
Sounds like another kid that may need to be "DA MAN" where ever he goes. Sorry but if that's the case, he would be better of in Missery then! Quote Link to comment
Washusker
We don't need him. From what the coaches say, Mike McNeil would be playing a role in the offense if he hadn't got hurt at the beginning of the year. Sounds like they really like him. Not a big loss if Harris goes.... Hunter94
the lack of a quality tight end is hurting this offense........yes, we need some speedy linebackers and DB's, but a real high quality TE with great hands would be extremely beneficial......we don't thave that right now Quote Link to comment
KansasHusker
Hopefully the pounding we gave mizzou will get Ian back on the band wagon to stay red. I just hope he doesn't jump ship on us and go to somewhere like mizzou where he would have great stats, but he'll never get to the big time game with them. Missouri pretty much once again had the nation fooled with their good numbers and all, but then buckling once they start facing the big time competition. Quote Link to comment

Not a big loss if Harris goes.... if we get Fleener or Amie than I agree. Harris is still a potentially viable deep threat at the TE position. I'd still like to have him if we can't get the one of the other guys to sign. Quote Link to comment
