Warrior10
I can't find a profile for him, maybe I am missing it. Will Schweitzer OLB from Cali Fong says he's hearing we are very much in the mix and might be the leader. No CB's for N yet, but close. 1 Quote Link to comment

Decked
I think it’s safe to say we’re gaining some momentum again or rather...behind the surface we never lost it 3 Quote Link to comment

May need to add Safety to priorities for this class as we will be thin after this year. 1 1 Quote Link to comment

Yeah, it will be interesting to see where everyone shakes out this year. My thought is you have to recruit corners because they are harder to find. Then you take a couple guys who are a step behind at corner and make them safeties. So I would guess that a couple guys who are listed as corners now will end up at safety. Fisher likes to train guys for both spots anyway. 2 Quote Link to comment
suh_fan93
Did a search and could not find a profile but my luck there probably is one so if so my apologies. 2021 CB out of FL Quote Link to comment

But 247 only shows offers from Tennessee State and Western Michigan. Rivals doesn't show any offers. So I'm not sure it's someone we actually offered or just someone we're in contact with. 1 Quote Link to comment

I'm just glad I didn't goof up missing another player profile again! lol. 1 Quote Link to comment

Decked
With a smaller class this is gonna be real interesting to see what happens with Yager & more importantly Paul Jr. Could easily see us letting him go. A lot more great LB targets out there for us. Could see us grabbing Maro & Mbow as well. This could be a really strong class. I have faith that Held & TF are gonna finish strong. Lubick is kicking butt too. 2 Quote Link to comment

I would think it's Mbow with Maro as the backup, and I dunno if they would've taken Yager's commitment if there were others above him and potentially not enough room. Also feels like it might not end up that small - there are still a few guys down on the depth chart at a few positions that I wouldn't be surprised to see move on. 1 Quote Link to comment

Lewis, Schweitzer, Thrower, Burkhalter, & Gbayor to name a few. We also have 3 ILB commits in Paul Jr, Malcom, Kpai. One OLB in Payton. Quote Link to comment

I don't know that he ends up with Tennessee, but unless we set the world on fire I just don't see it. I admittedly pretty much just get my info from this board, but look at pages 2-4 on Paul's thread. Lots of people excited, and seems like the staff really prioritized him. I didn't hear anything negative until it was mentioned he could look for a better offer, and then the star rating came up. If he isn't part of our class, feels like that will have been his call and not ours. People just don't like 3* and 6'1, but he probably ends up a 4* and for good players you can bend your ideal dimensions a bit. 3 Quote Link to comment
