I love the green Tabasco.  We live about 15 miles from the Tabasco plant and have several friends that work there.  They bring us bags of pepper mash-the dried leftover pepper byproduct-to use in our crawfish boils.  Weirdly, the tabasco ice cream is very good but only available at the plant at this time.

I like Tabasco on my eggs at breakfast. I like sriracha on my Asian dishes but I wish it was spicier. Use Frank's for most everything else and mix it with other spices to kick it up a little. There's a local place that makes hot sauces but I haven't tried any yet, although they make a couple really good barbecue sauces that I like.
