Use this for tacos, enchiladas, nachos, burritos, soups and taco salads 2-lbs. Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil 1/2 Teaspoon Salt 1/2 Teaspoon Pepper 1-(8-oz.)-Jar Taco Sauce 1-(10-oz.)- Can Rotel Tomatoes & Chilies 1 Teaspoon Liquid Smoke Chopped Cilantro, If Desired In crockpot, add the uncooked chicken; drizzle with Olive Oil and top with salt and pepper. In a.bowl, stir together the Taco Sauce, Rotel and liquid smoke. Pour over the top of the chicken Set the crockpot to low heat and cook for 5-6 hours or on high heat for 2-3 hours Once the chicken has cooked, remove chicken breasts from the crockpot and shred with forks. Return chicken to crockpot and cook for another 30 minutes on low. 2 Quote Link to comment
