There's probably some truth to that but I still think the job becomes much less appealing and I think for the right coach, it's not going to be entirely about money. Quote Link to comment

Yeah, I get what you are saying. But hiring a good coach is such a crapshoot anyway...Shoot Texas thought they hit a homer with Shaka Smart... There are so few coaches that are a sure thing. Just hire Mussleman and call it a day. Not sure we could make a better hire, realistically.
