Mashed Potatoes/Gravy

I use whipping cream instead of milk, it’s a lot better than using milk.  Add in some butter and salt and pepper.

For Gravy:

I eyeball it, approximate amounts.

Cut 1/2 Cup Blue Bonnet Margarine into slices; put in medium/sized skillet.

In low heat, melt margarine until

it is foamy; 6-12 minutes.

Add 1/2 Cup Flour; Whisk Until Well

Blended-(6-12 Minutes.)

Add enough heavy whipping cream to get it at the consistency you want.

I added 2 Packages McCormick Turkey Gravy Mix; whisk until smooth,  The gravy mix adds flavor to it!

Add some salt and pepper if needed.

Have a fever going to bed.
