Has previously visited UCLA and Colorado.  Visiting Florida this weekend and USC next weekend.

Considering Nebraska, Oregon and Alabama for his fifth OV, though Oregon and Alabama have yet to offer.  Alabama just started recruiting him this morning.

Jackson, 24, walked into the coaches' offices two years ago and said he wanted to play football. He worked at his dad's nearby auto detailing shop. He graduated high school in 2013. He was 6-foot-4, 270 pounds.

"Not an ounce of body fat on him," College of the Desert assistant head coach Ben Knapp said.

So, yes, Jackson played football. And after shaking off the rust, he's collected a boatload of scholarship offers. USC coach Clay Helton and the Trojans' defensive staff flew in earlier this week. Jackson takes an official visit to Florida this weekend. He'll have one more official visit after that.

Nebraska clearly wants it. Husker coaches are coming to see Jackson again on Thursday. Knapp said he expected NU head coach Scott Frost.
