Pasadena Husker
Beautiful, great win. so close to a no hitter, but a 1-hitter against Baylor ain't too bad Quote Link to comment

hskrfan4life
Nebraska looks to be playing great ball right now. Need to continue into tomorrow and next week before Big Ten play. 1 Quote Link to comment

Baylor won't make the College World Series, but they have some good players and will do alright in the Big 12. Would be great to sweep them on their home field. Quote Link to comment
VectorVictor
An excellent outing by this team...and when is the last time we had a chance to sweep a ranked team on the road? Here’s hoping this is the turnaround point of the season. 2 Quote Link to comment
TonyStalloni
I heard one of the coaches say this week that they get very little if any live infield or outfield practice in Lincoln since the field has been snow covered. Even at the warm weather games they have had sometimes their only practice was the warm up before the actual game. Spring just needs to get to the midwest. Quote Link to comment

Exactly, we've had a few games this year where errors cost us the game. Plus, we have had too many SOs. Batting practice indoor is not the same as live outdoor pitching. Starting pitching is looking good. My only concern is erstad pro mentality and to beat good teams, you need to play a little small ball at times. 1 Quote Link to comment

Does the baseball team not have access to one of the many indoor facilities to use for infield practice? I get that you can't simulate outfield work, but they should be able to find some space to take ground balls. Quote Link to comment
