Roxy15
Use how many potatoes/sauerkraut and spareribs that you want. My mom used to make this. It is easy to make and our family loved it! Sometimes I mix a little brown sugar in with the sauerkraut, it’s good either way! JJ Husker
Do you use country style PORK ribs or pork spareribs or some sort of BEEF rib? I've never heard of country style spareribs.... Do they have a bone in them? Quote Link to comment
Roxy15
They don’t have a bone in them. We got them from the meat market. I am pretty sure the grocery store has them. They are pork. https://bakingmischief.com/2018/07/02/country-style-pork-ribs/ Quote Link to comment

I guess “spareribs” threw me off. Around here they’re just called country style ribs and they really aren’t ribs at all. But they’re still good. Quote Link to comment
Roxy15
I just called them that because that is what my mom called them. She was a great cook! Quote Link to comment
