Fine. It'd be great if all the assistants stayed here forever like they did under Osborne, but that's unlikely in today's coaching market. If you're a good asst. coach, you're not sticking around too long. Dawson stayed through the recruiting cycle, finished that up, then moved on. That's a pretty good way to do it. And if he was desperate to leave, he'd have just taken the job & left. Doesn't sound like he was rushing out the door. Quote Link to comment
