Maurice Washington Faces Charges

Now you are just making excuses.

In the MW case, you implied its black and white -- clearly child pornography, mitigating circumstances don't matter

The case I asked you about should be just as black and white. The dude admitted to stealing a truck. Is that not a felony?

Now you are lying. I didn't say anything about your family. It was a hypothetical/fictional account using the "royal you". If it make you feel better, perhaps I should have phrased it as "as if one saw their cousin at a family reunion they recently had sex with."

Oh, and your last sentence is a lie as well.

I clearly stated earlier in this thread that I don't care if MW is a football player for ANY team or not, or just some random kid.

While what MW did was morally wrong, the "child porn" charge is unjust.

It’s not relevant whether he’s being charged by federal guidelines. The discussion we were having was how there are many consent laws the differ in punishment based on ages. Child porn is the same in some places. California happens to be one such place; in some instances the penalty is worse if the depicted person(s) is under 12.

Your reading comprehension seems poor. Due to cell phones a lot of teenagers who aren’t pedophiles could be deemed felons for doing something that the laws weren’t intended to stop, so yes, looking into changes is something that should be considered. Having a nude photo of your 15 year old boyfriend when you’re 15 isn’t what child porn laws are intended for and it’s way more of an issue now than it was back when you had to go get film developed.

If every 15 year old was in prison for sending a picture of their funbags or dong...I would have some pretty empty classes.

Most teenagers are perverts, it's called puberty.  Most of them make really dumb mistakes that shouldn't define them for life.  What Mo did is s#!tty.  What she did was s#!tty.  What the guys in the vid did was s#!tty.  Mo isn't a child pornographer, it was a video of an ex gf who now claims it was rape.  Him, being a D1 football player now gets to pay for it as much as possible and internet white knights get to pretend like they are superior.

Hahahaha!

I could only imagine what it would have been like to have cell phone when I was in HS...

Good lord...my poor mother would have ended up spending a small fortune on socks.

Oh lord, I'm glad I had to use disposables. The freaks that developed those pics, they are the real child pornographers.

In HS I worked at a One Hour Photo, not sure who remembers those places anymore.

Well...Sometimes (Not a lot) a HS girl would drop off some stuff and there would be a few "questionable" pics...the kind that would make that dude HuskerPowerVA lose it...it always cracked me up!

One dude came in and dropped off a roll from Sturges (I think) and when he picked them up an hour later he goes "How did you like the beaver shots"

Hahahah!

Of course, i loved them...and made duplicates!

By employment, you are a child pornographer and should be burned at the stake now.  Sorry. Those are the rules!

From 'Hope Floats', where Birdie starts working at the One Hour Photo and is given a briefing:

"Occasionally, we get pictures of a somewhat questionable nature."

"Naked pictures?"

"Oh, we never comment on them. We just hand them over as if we hadn't seen a thing."

"I understand, Mr. Davis."

"But first, we make a copy.
And we put them in the second drawer under the counter.
And you can have a look any time you want.
Just don't take any of them home with you."

Capo, HuskerPowerVA,

Have any of your friends ever shown you candid family photos such as their toddler in the bathtub?

If so, then you are guilty of viewing "child pornography" and Jesse Helms instructs you to turn yourselves in to the nearest precinct so that you can be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. It's that black and white, folks. Context and circumstances don't matter.

Are you looking at this picture below? An underaged, naked child?

You are technically viewing "child pornography".

TURN YOURSELF IN NOW!!!!!!
