Mexican Seasoning Blend/Pic

I made this yesterday after reading that it had good reviews.  The poster said you can use it on tacos, fajitas, chili or use as a rub for chicken, pork or beef.  The poster used it on grilled pork steaks.  I put in on grilled rib eyes and sprinkled it on some steak fries with sour cream.  The reviews were right,  it is a great Seasoning!  They stored the Seasoning in the refrigerator.  I save empty spice bottles to put my own seasonings in, so I put the Seasoning in an empty garlic salt shaker.

2 Tablespoons Ground Cumun

2 Tablespoons Chili Powder

2 Tablespoons Paprika

2 Tablespoons Dried Oregano

***i Used Oregano Leaves, Because That Is What I Had

1 Tablespoon Garlic Powder

2 Teaspoons Cayenne

***If you don’t like spice, use less!

In a bowl, mix all the ingredients.

Put in a shaker or an airtight container; refrigerate.
