And.....why the hell would you want to change it?  I understand the logic behind wanting to test the other changes.  This one just seems over thought.  

It's basically a test of playing quarters without actually playing quarters.  If they changed to quarters (like EVERY other basketball league in the universe), they would be 10 minutes & every foul after 5 would be two shots.  Since they haven't figured out media timeouts with 10 minute quarters, they are doing it this way.

Yep. Quarters but also changing to the NBA-style rule of having the fouls reset every quarter instead of every half and eliminating the 1-and-1.

The word is "seeded". 

Nebraska's RPI is 93.

Creighton's is 60 and Seton Hall's 62. If you are complaining about Indiana, whose RPI is currently 99, consider that Indiana went 4-1 in their last 5 games, including wins against Wisconsin and Michigan State. I think any objective person would rank them ahead of Nebraska, at this point (RPI telling only part of the story).
