Warrior10
Hoiberg needs to hire ace recruiters, because he is zilch. 2 Quote Link to comment

That's the only part that concerns me about the hire. If he hires some really good recruiters as assistants (as long as they also can coach) he should be good. Quote Link to comment

You can get tons of good JC guys...and the recruiting process for them is not like the HS recruiting. Quote Link to comment

There's players worth grabbing for sure but I'd rather he build a team and not have the team be predicated on JUCO's again like we are now Quote Link to comment

But they're not JUCOs 1 Quote Link to comment
ColoradoHusk
I would be thrilled with Hoiberg. I don't care if he "doesn't like to recruit" as some have posted. The guy won at Iowa State and I think he could win at Nebraska. I don't care how he would get it done, I just want to see a winning program. Are NU basketball fans in a spot to complain about how Hoiberg would build a winning program? If Hoiberg were able to make a few NCAA tournament appearances and win one or two NCAA tourney games, he would be the best coach in Nebrasketball history. 1 Quote Link to comment
