Potato Wedges/Pic

Recommended Posts

I made these last night with grilled steak.  I had them last night using the recipe below and I had a couple of them for lunch today.  Today I put some jalapeño cheese sauce over them along with a few dashes of Cajun Seasoning.  I posted that jalapeño sauce recipe here a day or so ago.  They were both good and these are easy to make; I used 4 potatoes.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Spray a cookie sheet or baking pan with Pam.

2-4 Russet Potatoes

1 Packet Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing

2 Tablespoons Olive Oil

Cut potatoes into wedges; put in colander and wash

Put the wedges into a resealable bag.

Add the Olive Oil and  1 packet Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing

Seal bag and toss to coat.

Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 30 minutes or until tender.  It all depends on how big the wedges are.  The wedges I made took longer, about an hour.
