I think we ended up with Mike Riley in a similar but less public fashion. If Scott Frost, the hot coaching candidate with the Oregon and UCF credentials, was not a son of Nebraska, it's hard to imagine him picking Nebraska over his other options. Fred Hoiberg counts as a legitimate marquee hire for UNL. Quote Link to comment
