hskrfan4life
We were as high as a two seed, let's see if we can get back there by the end of the season. Quote Link to comment

Five teams in the NCAA Baseball Tournament is good for a conference that supposedly sucks at baseball. Maybe we can be the team that goes to Omaha and changes people's minds about that. Or maybe we can find a way to lose to Dallas Baptist and Harvard. Who knows which team will show? 2 Quote Link to comment
SouthLincoln Husker
Until the Big 10 gets someone in the CWS, it will continue to be the red headed step child in baseball. Quote Link to comment

The Big 10 has gotten someone in the CWS... They have 4th most CWS titles as a conference. I mean besides the SEC and Pac-12 all the conferences have been a red headed step child as they are outperforming others. 1 Quote Link to comment

BIG 10 has not had a title since 1966, (over 50 yrs, of mediocrity). 1 Quote Link to comment

Last participant was NE in 2005, while in the Big 12 or Michigan in 1984. This is why there is very little respect for baseball in the Big Ten, thus the red headed step child. The Big Ten network was talking about the Big 10 getting 6 teams, which include Minnesota (25-24) & Iowa (30-20). I think both of these teams have work to do. Nebraska would be in the same place without the series win against AZ St. and Michigan gift last night. Quote Link to comment
