Pedro G
I saw this in Husker Corner. He will be available in 2020, and he is a 6-1 211 linebacker. Small but supposed to have good speed. All I know. (Please edit this the correct way the other ones are.) Quote Link to comment
Atbone95
Not sure this is the best place for it? If we did want to make a profile, we'd want to move to 2019. He's transferring immediately (2019) and would be in that class. He'd have to sit out a year, yes. Quote Link to comment
mnhusker
Looks like the kind of walk-on that Nebraska wants to add depth, quality and competition, keep the scholarship guys working hard because they may end getting bumped on the depth chart is they try to coast. Quote Link to comment
REDFANATIC
Nice addition to the roster. Special team warrior with the potential to push for a starting roll at position of need in the near future. Not to mention he must bleed Husker red to pass up a full ride at CSU. Quote Link to comment

More depth but overall this is a low risk/medium reward---adds depth? Walk-on - if there's a time to say zero risk, this is it. Win win for everybody. Quote Link to comment

Calvin
Nice. As someone earlier mentioned, his only scholly offer was from Harvard. Probably safe to assume he's kinda smrt. Quote Link to comment

Calvin
I stand corrected. Offers from Cornell, Harvard, North Dakota State, South Dakota and South Dakota State. Interest from Kansas State, Missouri and Nebraska. Quote Link to comment
Decoy73
Nice addition. After sitting 2019 will he have 3 years of eligibility left or 2? Quote Link to comment

Schlager graduated high school in 2018, so his 5 year clock would have started Fall of 2018. He should have 3 years of eligibility left, starting in 2020. Quote Link to comment

I'm hearing that Schlager is going to request a NCAA waiver to play this year and not sit out a season--something about a recruiting bait-and-switch (read: the position coach and Defensive Coordinator that recruited him were replaced after Schlager signed) by the CSU Defensive coaching staff? Is this legit, or just some sock bulls***? 1 1 Quote Link to comment
