Yeah, and when I suggested our Sports Psychology department wasn't doing their job for the past decade or more, I got ripped up one side and down the other. 

 

This is the kind of s*** that Sports Psychology tries to prevent.

Drunk as much water as you can, a gallon a day.  No joke, your body needs it with the diet your doing.  Without carbs your body wont have the ability to retain water.  If you get headaches or bodyaches you need more water and electrolites.
