Our best recruiter is Ryan Held and he usually ranks in the top 40-50 in recruiter rankings. To me, that isn't good enough and it's beginning to show. As much as I agree with the frustration, we have to understand that Frost is as much an investment as Martinez is as a quarterback. I don’t think there is anyone better to lead our team, but it doesn’t mean that he doesn’t also have to learn and grow. It’s not easy to be patient given the Riley years, but they did significant damage.
