Popular Post runningblind
It seems a fair number of you have already given up, waved the white flag and surrendered out of fear. Why even bother playing the game right? Why get out of bed and try something, because it might end badly? Why go outside when there are scary things out there? We should probably just forfeit now because there is a chance something bad happens. Are we going to do that? No we aren't. We are going to create a mad house on Saturday night with or without all of you who are afraid of your own shadow. It will be fun as hell because Memorial Stadium at night for a big game is one of the best places on earth. To achieve anything in life you have to take risks. To get better you have to test yourself against those who are better. Any of you want to find some backbone and join us? Or would you rather still sit in the corner, waiting to post comments about how you were right to be scared? Win or lose we will stand up and cheer for the victors and we will have enjoyed the ride, with heads held high as Huskers. Go. Big. Red. 15 7 1 2 Quote Link to comment

Popular Post Kiz
I actually think we can win. I watched the first 5 minutes of Ohio State v Miami yesterday and Miami was up 5-0! I stopped watching after that. Did anything else happen? 2 20 Quote Link to comment

Ohio State scored a field goal but ultimately lost 3-5. 2 Quote Link to comment

BigRedBuster
There is no way in hell I’m proclaiming this is a definite loss. This defense has shown they can play at a high level. The offense has shown it can move up and down the field at will. They have proven they can play games with very few penalties and turnovers. The defense has proven they can get turnovers. The reason people are pessimistic is that they haven’t put all that together in one game. If we had done that yesterday, our score would have been similar to OSUs. And ours was against a power 5 program. If we can do that next weekend, we have a chance. The city and crowd are going to be wound tight. It’s going to be a fun weekend. 2 1 Quote Link to comment
BIG ERN
Our DBs better gear up. We will be tested vertically a lot and we need to tackle better in space. Quote Link to comment
Dogs In A Pile
I won't say it is an automatic loss but we are going to have see a different team than we've seen in the first four games. Coming out in the first half sleep walking like last night will lead to a loss. 4 fumbles lost and 11-119 yrds in penalties isn't going to cut it. OL needs to step up and play respectably at a min., AM needs to take care of the ball and make smart decisions. Defense will have to have their best game of the year. Kicking games at least needs to ascend to being mediocre. And hopefully, Mo & JD will be able to bounce back from the utter beating they both endured last night. Possible, but I'm not putting any money on it. 2 Quote Link to comment

Whether joking or not, please don't make this a sign to display on ESPN game day for all to see. At least reference Japan, not Germany, as far too many think the"N" on our helmets stands for Nowledge already. 1 4 Quote Link to comment
