It's quite normal for a head coach to hire coaches they trust and have worked with before. Even though we have seen too many episodes of a sh!tshow this season, I would submit that it's hard to make any fair conclusions about the staff's ability until after next season at the earliest. In 2020 and 2021 we will see how they do with guys they have recruited, ones who fit what they are trying to do.... Quote Link to comment

We have yet to see if Frost will make adjustments or not.We will know in a few months. Solich just let his staff run wild. Callahan never should have been a collegiate coach, forget the staff.
