But he also has to be willing to change as the game dictates. The Qb should have been replaced starting 2nd half. Other players needed to be put in when the players on the field weren’t performing. Maybe what you have on the bench isn’t considered as good but what is on the field wasn’t good. Give someone a chance to prove themselves. Just poor coaching by not adapting. I don’t understand that mentality. Only in football does a player, especially a QB gets to stay in the game when they are sucking because they were supposed to be the savior. He isn’t.
