I made cheeseburgers with bacon for lunch and decided to bake the bacon instead of frying it.  The bacon was from the meat market so it was thicker than regular bacon.  I baked it on an aluminum foil covered cookie sheet at 350 degrees for about 25 minutes or so.  I didn’t even have to flip it over to cook in the other side.  I am going to make it that way from now on instead of frying it.  Everyone’s oven is different and everyone’s taste is different on how crispy they like their bacon, so keep an eye on it, if you decide to try it!

It retains its shape and size too!
