Tip From Pioneer Woman

Bring a large pot of water to a boil; add 1 tablespoon Olive Oil and a dash of salt.


Cook the lasagna noodles according to package directions, until am dente.


Drain the noodles in colander, rinse with cool water; lay the noodles flat on a sheet of aluminum foil.


The lasagna noodles will be easier to handle later!


***This works for me everytime I make lasagna!
