What Did We Learn - Maryland

Recommended Posts

Biggest thing is the team(and fans to an extent) relearned how fun winning big is.

Now how the team takes this performance and translates it next Friday is the big question.  Whole different animal lining up across from them.

Also reiterizing how dumb three plays in the  NW and Purdue games were.  14 could definitely helped against Iowa

I learned Maryland is REALLY bad at football! I also learned that the youth we have on the team is very promising and I'm looking forward to watching them grow. Iowa is a different beast, but coming off of a win like that builds confidence.

We get Iowa at home, bowl eligibility on the line, hopefully we get some injuries back, we're confident........I like that! :afro:

Mills really runs the ball well on those outside stretch runs. He's faster than I thought he was earlier in the year. Everybody's blocking better now.

Based on the empty seats in the second half I learned that this kid is the only true Maryland fan.

I think we will be really good offensively next year with a much improved O line , and with Mills, Robinson, and McCaffrey running the show.  We do need another receiver.

Defensively we need some LBs , but moving Adrian there will help.

I forgot how much fun it can be watching this team fire on all cylinders.  So glad to remember why I became a fan in the first place.
