there have been a lot of cops who had to run into active shooter situations before and this cartoon does not reflect on them....but these cops in texas in this shooting deserve this

I'm thankful for the cops who got to St Francis hospital (Tulsa) campus in 4 minutes and ran towards the gun shooting without regard to their personal safety yesterday.  

Their action saved many lives.  The guy had a A-15 type rifle and handgun and was using them both.   There was a news conference at 10:15 Am today wt the Chief of Police, Mayor, and hospital officials.  Apparently the guy purchased the rifle yesterday afternoon at a gun shop, he purchased the hand gun 2 days prior at a pawn shop, and was going after the doc who had done back surgery on him.  He was still in pain and after another procedure earlier in May still suffered in pain and had called the doc office on June 1st - the same day of the surgery.  He killed the doctor, another doctor, a receptionist and a patient.  Others were injured but have all been released after treatment.
