Grilled Cheese Brisket Sandwich/Pic/Edited To Add My Fairy Dust Recipe

I haven’t made this yet.  It looks good, but I would put my own twist on it.  I am posting it on how I would do it.  I didn’t change anything except I would use a griddle instead of a skillet/would use my fairy dust recipe instead of just garlic butter and Italian Seasoning, it would be alot better!  I would also add a slice of onion on it or just put some chopped onion in a bowl with the brisket and bbq sauce and more cheese on top! My choice of bread would be wheat bread or rye.

In a bowl, mix softened butter, garlic powder and Italian Seasoning.

***I will use my fairy dust seasoning instead of garlic powder and Italian Seasoning..it would be a lot better!

Butter a piece of bread and lay it down on your griddle-(they used a skillet)

Top it with a slice of Cheddar Cheese, Monterey Jack and Gruyere Or Your favorite cheeses!

Top the cheeses with some brisket and BBQ Sauce.  I would mix brisket and BBQ Sauce in a bowl first,  I would also add slices of onion in between layer(s)- and on top/Or just put some chopped onion in the bowl with BBQ Sauce!  To make sure the meat is heated through, I would heat it on the stove and then put it in top of the cheese!

Butter another piece of bread and put it on top.

Cook the bottom piece until golden; flip and cook the other side until the cheese  is melted and the meat is heated through!

Fairy Dust Seasoning:

Depending on how big the shaker is that you are using, you may have to adjust measurements.  I use an empty large Parmesan Cheese Shaker so I know for sure it will fit without making a mess.

1/4 Cup Parmesan Cheese-(From A Shaker)
2 Tablespoons Garlic Powder
1 Tablespoon Oregano
1 Tablespoon Onion Salt-(Can Use Less)

Put all of the ingredients in a mixing bowl, stir.

Put fairy dust in a shaker container and keep it by the stove for convenience.

.***I also use this sometimes to sprinkle over pasta, use your imagination.  It is good stuff.
