Should have been one second left on the clock. Texas should have been able to decline the penalty, take the safety and make TCU free kick. Quote Link to comment

Also curious why the QB didn't chuck the ball out of bounds instead of stepping out the back of the end zone after some time had run off, but I suppose you don't practice that a lot ahead of time.
