Would be great if those who said they're voting for Trump could identify themselves.

Dollars to donuts they won't (and they'll blame liberals for why they remain silent), and another donut says if this was a public poll they wouldn't have voted.

Also, if you're serious about voting for Trump, you're a disgusting human being.

I'm voting for Trump (most likely).  I didn't vote for him four years ago.  But I didn't vote for Hillary either.  Four years ago I considered Trump an egotistical goofball, and Hillary a crook.  I voted for Gary Johnson, the Libertarian candidate.   He was the least offensive candidate.

If the Dems could field a viable candidate I'd vote for him (or her).  But they haven't.  Biden is a senile jacka$$ with a bad temper.  Bernie appears to be a socialist, but is actually a savvy capitalist sponge who's made a fortune by running for president about a jillion times.

I'm not voting for Trump because he's a good leader.  He's not.  He's an egotistical goofball jacka$$ who is an embarrassment to our nation.  Instead, I'm voting to maintain the status quo since the country seems to be running fairly well with him in place.  Well, at least it was before this Covid-19 thing shut everything down.

btw, I don't belong to any organized political party.  I am a registered democrat.    (line stolen from Will Rogers.  It's true!)

Won't vote for Biden because he's "a senile jacka$$ with a bad temper." Won't vote for Bernie because he's "a savvy capitalist sponge who's made a fortune by running for president."

But "I'm voting for Trump."

Aren't you also Christian?

If I withheld my vote every time I had skepticism about the beliefs of various politicians, I don't think I would have voted for any politician in my adult life.  But it's not for me to judge.  So I vote.

For the sake of full disclosure, I am VERY dissatisfied with both parties.  I've always thought the Dems are supposed to be socially responsible.  They're not.  I've always thought the GOP is supposed to be fiscally responsible.  They're not.  So there's that.

The status quo is going to kill 1 million Americans.

How do you figure?

https://www.google.com/amp/s/www.nytimes.com/2020/03/13/us/coronavirus-deaths-estimate.amp.html

Between 160 million and 214 million people in the United States could be infected over the course of the epidemic, according to a projection that encompasses the range of the four scenarios. That could last months or even over a year, with infections concentrated in shorter periods, staggered across time in different communities, experts said. As many as 200,000 to 1.7 million people could die.

COVID response has been atrocious. We could have contained this with proper action. Taking tests from WHO, not firing the NSC pandemic team. But now it is way past containment and predicted to kill 1 million or more. It's not Trumps fault COVID exists but the escalation of COVID he is almost directly responsible for. Hundreds of thousands if not over 1 million lives will be lost and it is because of Trumps response.

Are you implying that Donald Trump started Covid-19?

No one is implying that. It could have been contained but Trump didn't take the necessary steps, in some cases just to keep numbers lower to help his reelection. He purposely delayed response in order to help his reelection and that decision will directly cause hundreds of thousands of deaths if not more. All so he would look better. I would call it incompetence but it's worse than that

How could it have been contained?  Has any flu outbreak ever been contained?

I just quoted the article where experts said that potentially a million Americans could die.

No clue how you arrived to that conclusion.
