BIG ERN
I don't see much benefit (only for a few players). We are a young team that needs more practices, weight room, film room etc. than most teams on our schedule. Quote Link to comment
Cdog923
I mean, you can't lose 8 games if you don't play 8 games, so.... 3 Quote Link to comment
Huckleberry Muhammad
I don't think of this thread, and its title, as being "off base," but it did strike me as irresponsible when I saw it. Free speech, yes, but nice meme to pass around the internet? "Huskers benefit from the coronavirus." ?? 1 Quote Link to comment
theknife
Well if it means we get the spring practices in the summer, that could be good for the team with all the new freshmen. What are the players doing now? I hope they're all staying in shape, but who knows. Could this delay some of the freshmen's graduation and arrival on campus? Quote Link to comment
Hooked on Huskers
Shut down 2020 schedule? If so, massive suicide. Quote Link to comment
BigRedBuster
I actually think this is going to make kids want to stay closer to home...which will negatively affect Nebraska. Quote Link to comment

Good point. Think you might be right. Although there may be some who live in big cities who see the benefit in living in a lower population area. Depends how bad it gets. Quote Link to comment

I suspect both of those would be temporary effects. Things go back to normal for 6 months and a large percentage of people go right back to the way things were. 1 Quote Link to comment

As of today, I believe (HOPE) there is a greater likelihood of games without fans then no games altogether. But obviously that is an ongoing, liquid, and mercurical assumption.... Skeeball
Issue Husker red surgical masks and Purell with the tickets this fall. The curve should have flattened by then and the supply chain will have caught up. Make everyone sign a waiver. I don't want a refund. Quote Link to comment
