Less the 24 hours later, Talley had committed to the Huskers. Quote The sophomore will have two years of eligibility remaining. Talley also had offers from LSU, Colorado, USC, Tennessee, Gonzaga, Seton Hall and a slew of other schools, but had said he was only interested in Nebraska and LSU. Continue reading... redout22
Big fan of this get. He looks like he can do it all and he averaged over 20 a game, we need a playmaker like him. Much rather would have him than Glover. Also look at those schools we beat out for him... Quote Link to comment

maskershake
Not only does he got some talent but he shows emotion. This team lacks a leader, now that Jete is gone. Nobody gets excited, show some emotion dammit! It's basketball its suppose to be exciting! Quote Link to comment
seaofred92
Clearly the Talley family is going through a lot right now. In the last 7 weeks they have lost their grandmother, niece, brother, and mother. Posting the link to support should you choose. Quote Link to comment
BigRedBuster
Wow...any indication on how they all passed away? Quote Link to comment
seaofred92
I don’t have details on how they passed. But I did want to share my favorite memory of Talley as a player: 3 Quote Link to comment
seaofred92
Here is the story: Quote Eleven days before his mom Yvette passed on, Dylan lost his infant nephew, Javonte, to Sudden Infant Death Syndrome (SIDS). Not even a month before that, his brother, Donovon Guess, succumbed after what the family thought was an abscessed tooth turned out to be an infection that attacked his heart. Guess, a JUCO basketball All-American and Division I prospect, was 20 years old. But this unthinkably tragic chapter began on Feb. 28 when Gwendolyn Talley, Yvette’s mom and a mother figure to Dylan, lost a battle with cancer that she had kept hidden from the family. That’s four close family members Talley has had to bury in a span of 76 days. Just absolutely tragic 1 Quote Link to comment
