Even if the cop had a valid reason for approaching this kid as a suspect or whatever, he did basically everything wrong. He yanks open the door without knocking or tapping the window. He doesn't identify himself. He starts shooting when there is no obvious threat to himself or others. He is shooting wildly with other cars and presumably other people potentially around.
