Roxy15 Posted June 13, 2020 Share Posted June 13, 2020 Green Chile Pork Enchiladas: Place a full layer of yellow corn tortillas in bottom of pan and cover with cheddar cheese, cilantro, and shredded pork. Then add green chile sauce-(chopped green chile, chicken broth powder, dash of cumin, water, a small amount of heavy whipping cream). Save some sauce for the last step. Repeat layering process with tortillas, cheese, cilantro, pork, and sauce until pan full. Form a top layer with tortillas, cheese, cilantro, and remaining sauce. Bake uncovered for 15 minutes at 350 degrees. Broil for 5 minutes. Let cool and serve! 1 Quote Link to comment
