@teachercd I can't believe you're doing this to kids!

But really, congrats Trump voters. You've reached a new rock bottom.

Just when we all thought you couldn't, you dug, and you dug, and you actually did it. Cheers to this record. The decent you're on has no limits, and your fearlessness to dredge further lower is as admirable as it is contemptuous.

What is amazing, is not how much of a con man The Felon is showing himself to be in this clip - that is to be expected, but how brain empty, gullible his cult members are to believe such non-sense and react accordingly.

The American electorate has had their brains microwaved, boiled for 3 hours, and ground into mush.

Stupidity radiating from the American right has served its intended purpose. Donald Trump can say and do anything and still win.

Seriously, we need to form a new branch of government with spending levels of the military. Something like the "Remind Rural America They're Stupid Corps". Give it a trillion in funding.

We pay people to go to door in counties Trump wins, and they mock and shame to their face. If we do this for a few years, maybe just MAYBE they'll disengage from politics.

Lincoln, Nebraska absorbed a large influx of Vietnamese immigrants in the postwar 1970s, many in my neighborhood around 32nd & R. There were rumors they ate dogs, and a friend's dog did come home carrying a shopping bag with a dog's head inside. My memory is that Lincoln gave all this a collective shrug and went about its business.

And the journey from Bernie Sanders to Donald Trump remains baffling at face value. You can't blame the echo chamber for that.

Here's as close as I can get. If you identify as a pacifist and a socialist, you might find yourself in the Bernie camp. If you edge farther left, you see the world through the lens of communism vs. capitalism, at which point you find yourself defending a misunderstood Soviet Union against imperialist Western alliances. Then one day around 2016 you wake up to find unexpected allies defending Russia against the West, bringing fresh narratives and stats with them. You may not notice that they're the creation of an echo chamber coming to the aid of Donald Trump, whose pro-Russia history has nothing to do with the power of the proletariat and everything to do with Trump's financial entanglements with Russian and Eastern European oligarchs. Maybe you DO recognize that Trump is an utter s#!theel, but you've decided to fall on your sword for the battle against NATO and he's the only one speaking your language. (actually his surrogates are speaking your language. Don himself is all over the place.)

I guess you will be posting out soon the report that says it was some rando Republican calling in these bomb threats because he/she is pissed about the Haitians???  I mean it’s not like we haven’t been Smulletted many many times before.   Forgive us all if we are but leery of potentially falling for it yet again.

Let us know what the final outcome is when you have it:thumbs

I'm not really plugged I'm enough to know what you're talking about, but calling in bomb threats - even if fake - still makes people doing it unmitigated morons.

Seriously, take a step away from politics. Think for a moment on the current state of the Republican Party. It is an embarrassment. People motivated to vote for them should feel an immense amount of shame, self doubt, and engage in self reflection about the media ecosystem that allowed institutionalized stupidity to become the main export of American Conservatism.

starting with 532 and slowly growing to 5,000 over the course of 35 years seems a bit more manageable in a total population of Lincoln that exceeded 150,000 in 1970.  So I could kinda see the collective shrug.

kinda a different story though than 15,000 foreign people with limited to no resources joining into a population area of 50,000 some people in the course of just 3ish years.

The Nguyens will celebrate 25 years in business on September 30. Meanwhile, the Vietnamese community in Lincoln has been growing. The 1980 Census showed 532 people of Vietnamese ancestry in the city. By 2015, that number had grown more than tenfold, to about 5,500. Including smaller groups in Omaha and Grand Island, there are estimated to be more than 9,000 people of Vietnamese origin in Nebraska.

I’m quite certain you know what I’m talking about with all the different Jussie Smullett types of reports  blaming one side of people for some racist, bigoted, anonymous attack when it turned out to be a false flag.

You are certainly insinuating that some Trump supporter or Republican is upset about Springfield, OH stories coming from right wing sources that they are calling in bomb threats when in reality no one knows who is doing those ridiculous threats.

It’s possible you may end up being right, but until that is shown as you may also be wrong, you are doing the same thing you are complaining about with the “missing pets” stories.  Getting out in front to push a narrative.
