Pretty good read from Mitch here: https://theathletic.com/1938458/2020/07/22/nebraska-season-preview-2020-fred-hoiberg-derrick-walker/?source=emp_shared_article

Nebraska moved forward from the dark final chapter of Hoiberg’s first season in Lincoln to a productive spring and a transformation of the roster for the second consecutive year. After bringing back just one player last season with experience in a Nebraska uniform, three returning Huskers this year played in 2019-20 for Hoiberg.

But eight transfers, including three who sat last season and five with major-conference experience, offer hope that Hoiberg’s second season will resemble his second of five years at Iowa State, when he engineered the biggest one-year turnaround in Big 12 history to make the first of four consecutive appearances in the NCAA Tournament.

“I don’t think there’s any doubt we can compete for Big Ten championships and ultimately get into the NCAA Tournament and have success,” Hoiberg said in an interview about his first year at Nebraska. “Now that we’ve had a full year to recruit and try to get the players in here that fit the system, and ultimately can lead to success, I see how much all the things we have here, all the resources, can attract some of the top players in the country.”
