Why Football in Spring Will Be Awesome

That means the kids will be practicing in January. 160 players in hawks would be quite a squeeze and I don’t think any of the players signed up for practicing outdoors in January.

The spring football thing isn’t reality

would be tough with the no hoodie policy.

Just imagine if mike Riley was coaching the team now. Would there be a chance in hell he would have ever stood up for his players and lobbied aggressively for a season?

Nope, a guy like that is always coaching somewhere, because in spite of his ineptness he is friends with everyone and brown  nosers never try to intentionally piss anyone off.

I’m  sure Riley would have quarantined himself being a whimp and  senior citizen and all

You guys ever wonder if football was traditionally always played in the spring if we would be the corn planters instead

have a mini tractor towing a planter drive around the field before game time just like the Sooner Schooner.  Fans could pelt the field with seed corn on bad plays.  Heck yea!

You'd think 14 days would be enough time to have a general outline on what a spring/winter season looks like to maybe take some heat off yourself for postponing fall.

No he’s going to probably do what he did to prepare for the fall, very little.

thats why Brohm came out with his own plan. Maybe warren is waiting for us or some 5th grade girl to mail him in a plan- maybe have some kind of radio contest thing.

so what is the excuse we have for him now that he has little to nothing for the spring and a very incomplete plan for the fall?

blame it on the presidents? Dog ate the homework? Vacation?
