A tall, athletic target who ran in the 4.7 range on a slow track earlier in the day, Fidone transferred that speed over to the field. One of his highlight plays came on a diving catch on an out route in 1-on-1’s. Iowa, Nebraska, Michigan and Penn State are the current top contenders for the 247Sports Composite four-star. Mavric
Quote A four-star prospect in the 2021 class, Fidone stood out immediately both in stature and with his play. The Iowan has good size for the tight end position, but what was maybe most impressive was how well he caught the football on Friday. His speed is good and he knows how to use his body to shield defenders from the football, but his abilty to track footballs down and reel them in was eye-catching. Fidone holds more than a dozen offers from the likes of Iowa, LSU, Michigan and Nebraska. Rivals Quote Link to comment
Vince R.
Such a great looking athlete for that position. I do think he is a cornerstone for this class if he commits to us, and that the likelihood of Bollers coming goes up quite a bit. 1 Quote Link to comment
Mavric
He said Iowa, Nebraska, Michigan and Kansas State are recruiting him the most right now. Also starting to hear more from TCU and Notre Dame. No OVs scheduled so far but likely taking 3-4 in April. Said Iowa and Nebraska are sure to get visits and probably Michigan. Wants to decide by the end of the school year. 5 Quote Link to comment

Wants to decide by the end of the school year. That's a nice and short process. So, if it goes by his plan, he would be committing early May. Quote Link to comment
