Roxy15 Posted September 15, 2020 Share Posted September 15, 2020 Fried Cabbage With Bacon & Onion: 1-lb. Bacon, Finely Chopped 1 Medium Onion, Chopped 2-lbs. Cabbage, Finely Diced 1/4 Tsp. Red Pepper Flakes 1/2 Tsp. Salt 1/2 Tsp. Black Pepper 2 Or 3 Pinches Of Sugar-(Opt)- ***Put In While This Is Cooking To Bring Out The Flavor Even More Directions: Fry bacon until crisp and well browned. Drain on a paper towel-lined plate and set aside. Add chopped onion to the bacon grease and stir until translucent. Add cabbage, pepper flakes, salt and pepper, stirring until all cabbage is coated.
