Roxy15 Posted September 16, 2020 Share Posted September 16, 2020 Cream Cheese Peach Pie: 1 Pkg. Dry Yellow Cake Mix 1/3 Cup Butter, Room Temperature 2 Large Eggs, Divided 1-(29)-oz. Can Drained Peach Slices 1-(8-oz.)-Pkg. Cream Cheese, Room Temperature 1/3 Cup Sugar 1 Tsp. Vanilla Extract Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray 2 pie plates or one deep dish pie plate or a 9x13-in. pan with non-stick spray. In large bowl, combine the dry cake mix, butter, 1 egg. Mix until crumbly; set aside 1-1/2 cup of crumbs for topping. Press remaining crumbs in bottom of pie dishes or 9x13-in. pan & bake for 10 minutes. Cut peach slices in 1 in. peaces. Spoon into partially baked crust. In large bowl, combine cream cheese, sugar, vanilla and 1 egg. Beat with mixer until creamy; spoon over peaches. Sprinkle saved crumb topping over the top.
