Ritz Crackers: 1 Stick Melted Butter 1 Packet Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing Mix 1/4 Cup Grated Parmesan 1 T. Red Pepper Flakes 1 Tsp. Garlic Powder 1 Box Ritz Crackers Directions: In baking dish, toss Ritz Crackers with all 5 ingredients. Bake in 300 degree oven for 15 minutes. Quote Link to comment

We don't have a copy we follow, but before soaking in the olive oil and/or butter plus the seasoning, we do the low temp/smoke setting for about 30 minutes. Then, take the crackers off the grill, and set to 250. Then, do the coating and seasoning. Return the crackers to the grill for about 15 minutes. We use a perforated aluminum tray.
