I haven’t made these, but, they look good to me,  I might make them when Nebraska plays along with hot wings and spinach artichoke dip or salsa and chips and who knows what else...still debating.

Ritz Crackers:

1 Stick Melted Butter

1 Packet Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing Mix

1/4 Cup Grated Parmesan

1 T. Red Pepper Flakes

1 Tsp. Garlic Powder

1 Box Ritz Crackers

Directions:

In baking dish, toss Ritz Crackers with all 5 ingredients.

Bake in 300 degree oven for 15 minutes.

These sound amazing.

I haven't made this specific type before but the ones I normally do include fresh dill and olive oil.

@DevoHusker how long do you smoke it for and at what temp?

We don't have a copy we follow, but before soaking in the olive oil and/or butter plus the seasoning, we do the low temp/smoke setting for about 30 minutes. Then, take the crackers off the grill, and set to 250. Then, do the coating and seasoning. Return the crackers to the grill for about 15 minutes. We use a perforated aluminum tray.

There might be a recipe on Traeger's site?
