Taco Packets

Taco Packets:

 

One cream cheese and one Taco packet per pound of beef that you use. 

 

In a skillet, brown  the ground beef, add some diced onions and some chopped garlic, if you want; season  with garlic salt and pepper-(opt.)

 

Start cooking jumbo noodles and cook according to directions.

 

Drain beef once finished; add cream cheese and Taco Packet until cheese is melted.  

 

Add cream cheese and Taco Packet until Cream Cheese is melted.

 

Put to the side until it’s cool to the touch. 

 

In a baking sheet, put salsa at the bottom so the shells don’t stick to the pan-(just enough to cover the bottom.)

 

Stuff the jumbo shells with the beef mix ; place on baking sheet; cover with Shredded Colby Cheese or Shredded Mexican Blend Cheese; place in oven until cheese is melted.

 

Serving Suggestions:

 

Serve on the side with sour cream, guacamole, salsa and Refried Beans.
