I haven’t tried this...it looks good.

 

Pumpkin Spice Coffee Creamer:

 

1-3/4 Cups Half-And-Half

1/4 Cup 100% Pumpkin

3 T. Maple Syrup

1 Tsp. Pumpkin Pie Spice

1-(14-oz.)-Can Sweetened Condensed Milk

1 Tsp. Vanilla Extract

 

Mix together the half & half, pumpkin, maple syrup and pumpkin pie spice in a pot and heat on top of the stove about 2 minutes until you see bubbles and steam.  

 

Stir a couple times while heating. Do not boil.  

 

Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract and sweetened condensed milk until well mixed.  

 

Store in container in refrigerator.  

 

Keeps about 8 days depending on date on your half-and-half.  

 

Makes about 2-1/2 cups of creamer. 

 

Shake before using. 

 

Use in coffee to taste.
