If he really doesn't have it, it's completely believable he would do something like this for a couple reasons:

 

a)  He says he has it then miraculously it doesn't affect him and he's showing the world he's the strongest, healthiest 70+ year old obese man the world has ever seen.

 

b)  He proves to the world that Covid is no big deal and it's being way over blown because....see....it didn't affect me any.

 

I really wish we had someone in the WH that we can actually believe with something like this.

 

I think you are spot on. He may or may not actually even have tested positive, but (unless it actually kills him) he will choose A or B you list, whichever is appropriate for his purpose

No, I think she is thinking it is a conspiracy - someone has spiked the Kool aide and are infecting the GOP leaders.

A and B and C and D.....are much more believable to me. It is painfully obvious there is nobody forcing him to do anything he doesn’t want to do. He is in panic mode right now so anything is possible.
