Chuck Schumer for starters. https://www.washingtonpost.com/nation/2020/03/05/schumer-trump-supreme-court/

Maxine waters for starters. https://amp.cnn.com/cnn/2021/04/19/politics/maxine-waters-derek-chauvin-trial/index.html

Bernie Sanders rhetoric was cited as a reason for the Congressional shooter and Omar has already been discussed.

You only responded because you were called out. You were just going to breeze past this like you always do. But even these don't "both sides" the issue like you want.

Schumer said "you will pay the price" for the Supreme Court members lying about the sanctity of Roe. That was very clearly a political warning.

Waters I won't defend. She's a nutter. I also wouldn't complain if she were banned from twitter for that.

Bernie & Omar have both been denounced right here by the non-MAGA of HuskerBoard.

But here's your problem - none of these were twitter posts. You're complaining that twitter didn't treat these people the same as people who broke twitter's rules.

Really lame attempt there. But that's what "both sides" has always been.

This just describes the biggest issue the left has to a tea.   When the argument is lost, just try and label someone with a label that doesn’t fit but tries to denigrate them.  :ahhhhhhhh

Kind of like when someone doesn’t like a policy proposal and can’t argue against it they say….”THOSE LIBS ARE SOCIALISTS AND DESTROYING AMERICA!!!”

And it looks like the new owner fixed that rule.

The use of your word “targeting” is quite laughable too.  Targeting for what exactly?  Targeting their biological sex?   LOL.

Do we now say someone is “targeting” Ron DeSantis and calling him Rhonda?   It’s misnaming him.

Ron would be the target of that insult, so yes.

So kind of similar to something like... calling a trans woman a man?

So those people should be banned from twitter based on the old rules, correct?

No, not really like that at all.

Would depend on their history and context. It's exceptionally easy to tell the difference between that and what the Babylon Bee did. Much easier than any impressive contortionist act to bend the pedantry enough to claim they're equally in violation of the same rule.

One would think by your words that you believe someone who calls a trans woman a man is purposely trying to denigrate that person.  If I’m wrong please correct.

If so you should apply that same standard to a person that calls someone else other than their chosen name because it is also trying to denigrate that person.   Calling Ron, Rhonda or Trump, Orange man bad, or Biden, Mush brain etc.

They're both examples of denigrating.

They're not both clear violations of twitter's user agreement rules at the time.
