Roxy15 Posted November 1, 2020 Share Posted November 1, 2020 Blackened Salmon On The Grill: Ingredients: 1 T. Paprika 2-1/2 Tsp. Salt 1 Tsp. Onion Powder 1 Tsp. Garlic Powder 3/4 Tsp. Cayenne Pepper 3/4 Tsp. Black Pepper 1/2 Tsp. Oregano 2-(5-oz.)-Salmon Filets-(Fresh Ir Frozen) 2 T. Melted Butter Directions: Heat a grill to medium high heat. Brush both sides of salmon with butter and then-(with tossed seasoning)-coat both sides of the fish. Make sure salmon has set at room temp. for 15 minutes before placing on grill. Place flesh side down on grill for 8 minutes, then carefully turning over to skin side for an additional 5 minutes. Remove from grill and let rest for 3-4 minutes before serving.
