Ohio State (far and beyond any team ranked 3-14 in the conference and maybe even Wisconsin) 2. Wisconsin (for now) 3-10. Anyone could beat/lose to anyone within this group I feel and really is no difference. 11. Minnesota 12. Rutgers 13. Michigan State 14. Illinois Those last 4 teams are bad. Really bad.
