I sooooo wish that when me and my friends graduated college that we would have bought a house together, instead of living in apartments for a few years we could have bought a home, paid extra each month and solid it off in a few years to make some cash.

I would too.  Just find it funny people here b!^@h and moan about anyone on the “other side” doing this the last four years and it it turns out it’s regular order for both sides.
